WHY HIRING MANAGERS WANT YOU TO SUCCEED IN INTERVIEWS ☀️

I recently came back from a wonderful vacation to California.

Coincidentally, the giant pandas Xin Bao and Yun Chuan arrived at the San Diego Zoo on the same day. I was so excited! 🤩

My husband and I scheduled a time to meet this delightful panda pair and seeing them was a real treat! I took lots of pictures and captured the duo on video nibbling on bamboo.

It dawned on me that what I experienced while waiting in line to see the pandas is not much different than a Hiring Manager being wowed by an A+ resume and eagerly anticipating a candidate interview. 👍

There’s no doubt that when you’re selected for an interview, HR and the Hiring Manager will look forward to meeting you!

Just like I was looking forward to seeing the Pandas. 💡

An interview is your chance to shine, be authentic, and demonstrate why you’re the best candidate for the job. That’s exactly what the Pandas do!

And just like the crowd wanting the Pandas to work their magic, the interviewers want you to succeed because they’re hoping you’re a candidate they can hire. 🚀
